Using Amp/TTNet data/trade service with Requested Market Depth set to Full Book, the market depth data for CME futures has been missing for a few days. Sometimes, especially after hours, it can be difficult for an SC user to get technical problems addressed by AMP Trading; so would SC please notify some appropriate, responsible technical contact at AMP Trading or at Trading Technologies to get this problem fixed?
