I'm getting the same. I made my data request from menu >> 'Download Data - Historical Chart'. I only asked for 44 days but the request to IB was for 365 days. On other occaisions when I asked for 44days via >> Download Data - Historical Chart ----- a request for 365 days was made to IB but 44 days returned successfully. On the fail every other open IB chart undergoes an update including intraday.
