Real-time data delay exceeds threshold. Disconnecting user session, the fix connection remained for 90 seconds and then abruptly quit as well.

I suspect he had some sort of intermittent internet issues as im looking in the logs, I see no other users affected in a similar manner.

Confirmed his system was running a minimum of 15 seconds behind reading the data we were sending.
