Appreciate the help. I figured out the problem. I had to increase scale range. When current price line goes through the most recent numberbar, it enlarges the text of the numbers for bid/ask. With a smaller scale range, the numbers look cut off as it can't fit inside the smaller scaled bid/ask numberbar.
