If you are user of the CTS FIX trading platform service with Sierra Chart, then you most likely are having problems with the 6E futures charts. Follow the instructions below to solve these issues. CTS is also working on some changes on their side to correct the historical data but those are not yet deployed for their FIX interface. 1. The first step is to update the Symbol Settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettingsSteps 2. The next step is to apply these symbol settings to all of the 6E charts that you have open. Here are instructions for that: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps 3. Disable error filtering as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ErrorFilter.html#DisablingErrorFiltering 4. Re-download the data in the Intraday charts by going to the chart and selecting Edit >>Delete All Data and Download. This only needs to be done once for an Intraday chart and once for a Historical Chart. 5. Adjust the historical data prior to 2016-01-09. This can be done with the Edit >> Adjust Data >> Adjust Price and Volume function: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_AdjustingData.html Make sure the Last Date-Time to adjust is set to 2016-01-09 00:00:00 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
