We see that you have logged into Sierra Chart with your paid Sierra Chart account and it is installed to the C:\SierraChart\ folder and it is set to use the TransAct service. You just need to start Sierra Chart on its own from the C:\SierraChart\ folder. This is what we currently see you are doing.
