Yes we have heard of this before. Confirm what Trading service you are using Sierra Chart with. We suspect which one but we want to know to confirm this and we will take the appropriate steps to solve this which may be communicating the problem to that trading service. Also, make sure you have confirmations enabled and the price displayed on the confirmation window matches with what you expect.
