We have heard from your broker about this. Make sure at the top of the chart the current Date-Time of the last trade is displayed. The Date and Time fields need to be added through Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSettingsMenu.html#CustomizeChartHeader Make sure those are clearly visible at the top of the chart. Maximize the chart window containing the Countdown Timer so it occupies all of the main Sierra Chart window. This chart must be attached and not detached. At the time you notice the Countdown Timer at a value that does not appear to be correct, select Edit >> Screen Images >> Send Desktop Image to Support. Let us know when that is done.
