This thread relates to maximum levels of DOM displayed, option for Maximum. We wonder if that option works, and how it affects totals and percents shown, if it does work. ALSO in relation to the new study-- Total Ask Size Depth (& bid), how that could let us total less than 10 levels. I've tried out Total Ask/Bid Size Depth, you created in Oct 2015. I like it. Could be much more useful, if an option to decrease the levels totaled was added. I stated in a thread on the subject that being able to total fewer Levels (closer to the inside bid & ask) would be ideal, as ProfileTrader also said, above. I read elsewhere that you did not want people to display less than the standard 10 levels each side because inevitably someone would forget they set it. I think not so often, compared to the value of it..IF it could control the totalling also for Total Ask Size Depth, for example. A way to total the inside 3 to 5 levels would be very helpful on that study. Would this Maximum levels be a way to do it? I'm not getting a clear answer as to whether Maximum Levels even works, and HOW it works if so. You recommended it be left at default 100 (?). What exactly do you mean by the latter part of (above): In the Chart DOM, the totals and percentages is currently based upon all levels of market depth that are available, and that will be changed to only include what is displayed. |
