The documentation has been updated with this information: In the case of when using a Percentage (%) for the Attached Order Offset value, the formula is as follows: OffsetPrice = SpecifiedOffsetAsPercent * 0.01 * BasePrice. BasePrice is the main/parent order price in the case of a non-Market order. In the case of when the main/parent order is a Market order, it is determined from the Quote Data for the symbol. You can see the Quote Data through the Window >> Current Quote Window. If there is no Quote Data available and the values are zero, then BasePrice is the last trade price in the chart. The result is rounded to the nearest tick.
