My wish for Xmas is that when SC Max creates these user generated email support requests he uses the Subject Line to reflect the topic of the users email, rather than 'User Email'.

The current situation tells me nothing when I skim down the support board looking to see if there are any posts that maybe of interest to me, or ones I could contribute to with my knowledge.

Using a subject of 'User Email' forces me to open the thread to see what it is about.
