Our support is not too slow in the majority of cases. And there is no place to call. This is the best place for support and it is superior support to calling. Customers need to understand that. and furthermore you are connecting to the CQG system, which we do not even control. We do not control your Internet connection we do not control the CQG connection, we do not know what the connection details even should be. In many cases the user themselves is in a better position to resolve the connection issue than we are.
