The change is effective for data beginning at 2015-12-13. It does not affect historical data before that.
Filtering out the prior data could be done but it is not something we have the time for at the moment. Aaah ok, found it, I had not noticed the difference because I was looking at my example on November 29. And for my needs it is not necessary to filter even past data, may be enough so.
