In the Data/Trade Service Settings screen, the Service drop down box says
-> CTS T4 FIX (Not Enabled on Package)

When I try to connect, the log says
-> Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package. | 2015-12-08 22:53:55 *

I currently have 32 days of usage time for package 3.

What do I need to do in order to be able to access this with my package?
