As we are running a review of the historical CME data we maintain, and compare it to Rithmic which is considered "good/best", we are finding that even after the trouble we had on 12-7, with high CPU loading and packet loss, still we recorded more data for NYMEX compared to Rithmic. For the January CL contract the Sierra Chart data feed is ahead by Rithmic 0.29% for total recorded volume. The shows how well our systems can handle the trouble and recover from faults. Our NYMEX data feed handler tracks over 9000 symbols. So it shows those are considered the "best" like Rithmic, still cannot 100% handle the heavy volume the CME pushes out.
