The Bid Volume and Ask Volume have now been added for natural gas (NG). Re-download the data. Also the source of this original problem potentially has been discovered. The CME came out with a new template file this week and apparently not all of our data feed processing program instances had been using the new template. We are to make sure that the templates are downloaded 30 minutes before the open Sunday evening and reconnect to the multicast feeds at that time to ensure the state is good and reliable.
