certainly I do not want to disable anti virus software to make SC work.
If you do not want to disable this to rule it out as a cause, then it becomes much more difficult to isolate the problem. We only mean to disable it temporarily. Like for a few hours.


When the issue occurs, I am not seeing any spike on CPU or memory usage, and SC recovered by itself few seconds after. thnx,
Are you 100% certain, that at the time you see Sierra Chart freeze for a few seconds, that you do not notice an increase in CPU usage of the Sierra Chart process? Monitor it through the Windows Task Manager.
