We are not going to provide help for this being in your case all of the historical data comes from Interactive Brokers since you are using Sierra Chart service package 1.

The proper solution to this is to change to Sierra Chart service package 3 and use the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service:

Once you change to Sierra Chart service package 3, if you have a problem getting insufficient historical data, then we can help with that. We assume you are charting and trading US markets?
