Use 2 other formula columns in the Spreadsheet study and set their Draw Style to Hidden. Return a value of 10 in one of them and 1 in the other.

The real formula which returns the visible result should return a value of 9. Play around with the values until you get the desired view.

Continue to use an Independent Scale. The basic idea is you need to have a range of prices to establish a scale and then put the Square Subgraph at the appropriate level.
