I already have the Server set to 7496 in Sierra Charts. In IB I go to File>Application Settings>Global Configuration>API>Settings and set the Server to 7496. I already have Server set to 7496 in both Sierra Charts and IB. Per my previous email, I have spoken with the IB tech and he ran tests on my TWS installation and everything is working properly, that is why he told me that the problem has to be on the Sierra Charts side. Please advise.
