We do not see a problem with our historical data for this symbol as you expected. When you notice the chart for that symbol not updating, select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. That will confirm it is a CQG issue if the chart then begins to update. Another thing to look at is changes with the Bid and Ask prices in Window >> Current Quote Window. If those are not changing, this confirms the data feed has stopped from CQG. These kinds of issues are not unusual the CQG Web API. There are known problems with market data using that service from CQG. We see them ourselves. They need to work out these problems and CQG has been told about them.
