Hi, With reference to the above messages, my demo account with Rithmic has now expired and I am still unable access the full CME group data feed even though I have just activated it and put my AMP Futures account login details into the Data/Trade Service Settings window as instructed. I would like to be able to use this service via Sierra Charts as it is considerably cheaper than using the data feed from Rithmic. I have copied the error message I get when I try to connect below.
