We are putting together a complete case file showing all of the communication we had with IG Markets where clearly they made promises about what they can do and they did nothing and raised various conditions later which were unrelated and never stated at the beginning. Our experience with IG Markets is that they are dishonest, they have a big company attitude where they can simply disregard their obligations and cause people to get hurt without consequence. We definitely do not trust them. However, this is our experience. You have to make your own determination as to whether they are a suitable brokerage for you.
