What we need you to do is to attach the Chartbook file you are using and the DefaultSpreadsheetStudy.scss file. These can be privately attached. Go to the very top of that log. There is a line that indicates whether you are running New Spreadsheets or Old Spreadsheets. It will be the second line from the top. What are you running?
