First, I'm very happy to hear that you are able to reproduce the problem! Second, I noticed this issue for the first time today (October 9th). However, I spend more time on the Infinity AT Charts version of your software that "pure" Sierra Chart. Consequently, I can't specifically tell you when this problem first cropped up. Nevertheless, I've noticed that the pre-1292 Sierra Charts loaded the TD Ameritrade much faster than the current versions. No worries about being dismissive... Bottom line: I assume that you have a relationship with TD Ameritrade. Can you contact them to see if they have made any changes? Also: As an experiment, can you add back in the option to use the Microsoft HTTP functions? That might make for an interesting experiment (and I'd be happy to test it for you). ---Steve |
