Go to that chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate. Then go to Window >> Show/Hide Message Log to open the Message Log. Do you see any message displayed at the bottom which indicates out of order timestamps? Also your actions in the video are too quick for us to comprehend clearly. It would be best to demonstrate a single action that does not work properly and and do it slowly two or three times so that we can get a sense of what is happening.
