More and more platforms are beginning to develop these kinds of tools and they are powerful new ways to see order flow and control risk through better entry timing. What they do is is keep track of bid and ask sizes as they appear in the DOM book to show you where large traders are positioning and executing. The most popular of these so far is Bookmap, which has been mentioned here in the forums before. http://www.bookmap.com/#about Investor RT now has a set of tools called Trail of Intentions which offers some of the same functionality. https://www.linnsoft.com/techind/tint Not sure of the difficulty in implementing something like this but it seems natural that Sierra Chart would eventually include a similar tool set.
