The reason there was no response to the recent questions is because these questions are an edit. You need to make a new posting. Are you still experiencing a problem? Step 14 explains the conditions which will cause it to be sent: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_DTC_TestClient.php#TestClientInstructions Are you sure there is no way you would sent, for example, positions request and order requests and send no historical fill requests ? All three of these will go out five seconds after the Logon Response is received. Subsequent to this, only an Orders and Positions request will be sent.
