You might be running a recent version which has a specific problem with historical data downloading which causes this. If the problem is what we think it is, then this is resolved. Install the latest version of Sierra Chart using this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupNoCLR.exe In your case it must be installed into this folder: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA If you do not have that folder on your system, let us know.
