i am seeing a new line in the log with this error every second. it just keeps filling the log. DTN is connecting ok. please advise
If you are seeing that message, then the connection most definitely cannot be OK to DTN IQ Feed. Follow step number 10 to exit from the IQ feed software: DTN IQ Feed Data Service: Setup Instructions Failed to open the file S:\SIERRADATA2\@EU#C.scid for reading. We think the problem with this is that the chart is using data from a remote chart data file. We are working on documentation for how to change this to the current instance you are using.For now just open new charts. Also, any time you have a problem like this, do not wait around for us to respond. Just open new charts since this takes time for us to analyze.
