We show that your Sierra Chart account is expired. Are you using Sierra Chart provided by a broker? If so, which broker. Please log into the support board by using Help >> Support Board from within your copy of Sierra Chart. We will not provide support through the account you are using any longer. The error message you are seeing is provided through the Trade Service Log. This window will automatically open when there is an order error. But it will not take the focus. This cannot be changed. But you should contact your broker about this error: Order Action rate exceeded. And have them increase the allowed rate. This really is the main problem that you must focus on.
