Based on the information given this would either be due to a server problem or other network connectivity problem to the trading server. We see you are using CQG FIX. We would think with that kind of connection, problem like this are not going to be likely. We usually do not hear about this kind of problem with CQG FIX. When you notice this, select File >>Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed. This will refresh the order list from the server.
