So, please help me out here. I am trading some serious size (at least in relation to myself during fast markets) and I am having this issue where - Even after pressing "Cancel All" - my order continue to show up. Now this happens when markets get a bit too fast not like (other Monday) just regular fast markets like in the mornings or towards the end of the day. One way I was trying to circumvent this problem was disconnecting myself and reconnecting thinking that maybe the cancelled order is indeed cancelled and it is just the Sierra platform showing up that cancelled order as an active order due to latency or stickiness but the problem was not solved instantaneously. It would still take about 10-15 long second before the cancelled order disappears. I also tried repeating cancel all commands repeatedly and it still won't go. Any reason why is this happening - please? |
