This problem this morning with the data delay was very puzzling to us. The cause was not initially obvious. This problem was very concerning and it is the first time we ever had an incident causing a general delay for all users. We now know the cause of this. We received this information from Barchart today: We had a traffic spike this AM and consequent problems with one of our ISP's causing delay and slow response for users connecting to servers in our datacenter. That was remedied about 1115 AM Central and we do not believe it should recur. Apologies for your users experiencing delay.
