Currently the SYMBOL_DESCRIPTION_LENGTH is 48 characters. We think it should be increased to 64 since a Symbol can be 64 characters. So by increasing it to 64, it is more logical since a description is usually longer than a symbol. It also makes it consistent. This affects the Description field of the Security Definition Response message. The impact should be minimal and only affects Binary Encoding with Fixed Length Strings.
