also advise your SMS provider that if they are any good (rather than crap), they MUST proactively monitor for rerouting / false DLR conditions and TAKE MEASURES immediately rather than wasting the time of subscribers like me that was SMS provider issue - like I said I was receiving SMS messages WITHOUT any problems from other mobile phones - it is a responsibility of the sms gateway provider to arrange their networking affairs with various mobile telcos and monitor proactively whether they are working according to the SLA (if they have bothered to agree any) |
