There is absolutely no way to change the Bid and Ask prices or the spread between those in Sierra Chart. The only thing that will affect them is the Real-time multiplier in Chart >> Chart Settings>> Advanced Settings 2. However, that is not going to affect the spread. I reached out to FXCM and said they do not markup their prices for Sierrachart users.
