We have tested this and the BATS exchange does properly map to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed when using Interactive Brokers.

Therefore, there must be a problem with the Symbol Settings.

First Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

If that does not work perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings as explained here:
