The problem is now resolved. There a couple of reasons for the delay. But one reason was that the problem required troubleshooting and a code change. The reason for the problem was that in order to address a concern that the TICK sometimes has a different value compared to other TICK calculations at the open, we had made change to see if we could solve that and that change caused this problem on Fridays.
