One thing to check is that the Trade >> Simulation Fills Source for the chart is set the same as was previously. Refer to:

If there still is a problem we recommend clearing the trade simulation data with Trade >> Clear Trade Simulation Orders and Data:

This is also going to remove all of the trade simulation data in the Trade Activity Log.
