So literally, changing the code to simply not throw a hard error if a prior contract in the series hasn't been successfully loaded yet is considered "user discussion". Nevermind the fact that it completely fixes the problem, reduces annoyance of your users, does not affect existing behavior in any way, and fixes new contract issues that will be a problem when/if they're introduced.
