We have looked at this Message Log.

There is no connection to the CQG FIX trading server because you did not specify the Username and Password for that:
CQG FIX: Not connecting to trading server because Username is not specified. | 2015-07-31 07:39:59
These are specified through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.


This indicates a connectivity problem to the CQG server or a problem with the CQG server:

Web API Server Log: No response to server ping request sent 30 seconds ago. | 2015-07-31 07:36:50 *


This is a very unusual condition to occur that we almost never see:
Error creating memory device context for chart. | 2015-07-31 07:25:43 *

We recommend restarting your computer and do not use any Transparent Draw Styles for studies. Do you use the Rectangle Drawing tool?

In regards to the message above about the memory device context error, do you have another computer you can try?
