Dear support, I will need somebody to quickly come to my aid. For more than three weeks now, my platform has been turning off and on(freezing, having delays). Please what could be the possible reason for the delays, the freezing and chart loosing data even when my internet connection is intact. I will need an assistance as quickly as possible. |
