The last activity in the Message Log indicates you are using the Sierra Chart Historical Data service. Do not use that service. Restart Sierra Chart, and set Sierra Chart to use IB and only open a chart for JPY futures by selecting the symbol through File >> Find Symbol. Do not open any other charts. Re-Download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. Please follow our procedures, because otherwise, it becomes exceptionally hard for us to figure out what you are doing. After this if you still have a problem post the Message Log again. But you should not have any problem if you follow these standard procedures.
