since I am taking the data from SC Historical and renaming it to the IB format. You do not need to do this. Sierra Chart has supported downloading data direct from the Sierra Chart Historical Data service when using Interactive Brokers, probably for about a year now.then it adds three more additional places and puts it out of sync once again. This is impossible for us to properly comprehend unless we see exactly what you are seeing and know exactly what you are doing. Anyway, none of this is really relevant.Make sure that Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is checked. Do not make any adjustments to the Global Symbol Settings for this symbol with its tick size or multiplier. Those are set correctly and we will not support any changes to them. Therefore, update the Symbol Settings to the default before downloading the data. Re-download the data in the chart with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
