Hi, I've just signed up on Topsteptrader and I'm connected through Rithmic. The issue I'm having is that the data doesn't update automatically. I have to disconnect and reconnect for the data to be updated, it is lagging as well. This is the error that comes up: HD Request # 19 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for NQU5-CME. Error downloading historical Minute data. Error: permission denied | 2015-07-24 13:02:28 * What is there I can do about this? Thank you very much! |
