It is not bad data, the problem is that there is missing data. You can tell by looking at the time scale at the bottom. Make sure you are running the current version of Sierra Chart. Update with Help >> Download Current Version. And what procedure did you follow to re-download the data? There should be no problem with the re-downloading of data.
