In response to post #30, we understand what the problem is with the window state and this will be corrected in the next release.

We looked at the Message Log related to the freezing problem when using the Add Custom Study button and we are not observing any problem from this log at all. We recommend restarting Sierra Chart and try again and attach a new log.

In response to post #31, update to the latest prerelease with Help >> Download Prerelease.

If that does not solve the problem, then start a new thread describing the issue precisely so we understand what it is because otherwise, we do not know if you what you are experiencing is the same as what has been reported here.

Also for the record we have not been able to reproduce the problem with Sierra Chart freezing when using the Add Custom Study button.
