Hi, I'm having some trouble with intraday charts on the FTSE 100 Futures contract. Whenever I open up a chart I receive an error message that says "Symbol Unknown". It seems to load historical data correctly but I can't get tick by tick price moves using the OEC of Rithmic data feeds. Is this an issue with the charting package or with the data feed?
