Reset the scales by selecting Chart >> Reset Scales. The image you provided does not meet our requirements. It must only contain the one study in question. If so, then the problem is with the study values or a possible problem with the underlying price data causing incorrect study values. Disregard the Range value on the Scale Settings window.
